The Justice of God

In this psalm the Lord is seated in his divine assembly and he calls unjust rulers to listen. He pronounces an indictment upon them for failing to uphold justice and for failing to care for the weak, the poor, and the needy. These rulers that God has placed in their positions are to be his servants and to uphold his commands. The Lord is a holy and righteous judge and he warns them that his wrath will come upon those who love wickedness. Pastor Brian ends his sermon with a reminder that you will either fall upon the rock of ages and be broken with repentance and faith, or the rock of ages will fall upon you and you will be crushed. Those who have faith in Christ Jesus will be saved.
