For the beginning of 2025, we will study the book of Judges during our adult Sunday school hour. Israel finally makes it into the land, but they fail to complete the conquest. This leads to issues with idolatry and sinfulness. God sends them a series of judges to lead them. Israel had no king in those days. This book shows us how they abandoned God as King, and points us to the coming of Saul and David as king. More importantly, this book teaches us why we need and ought to rejoice in Jesus as King.
